Same mob as running warehouse & they're pricks to deal with post order when there's an issue.

Bad service, they shipped a partial order without my approval.
For the item they missed, I'm asked to pay additional shipping.

Even though they are affiliated with tennis warehouse in America, the people who run this are terrible.

Glad others are making it known.

Had to chase up 3 orders myself before it was shipped. After waiting 10 business days. They order was ready to be shipped but was never shipped!!!

Then items are out of stock and I was not notified until I asked them about it, delaying the order. And even then they didn't even release the order after they said they would!!

How can a business have such bad protocol.
