Kmart is $7. I know it's not cheapest but it's normal price not special.
With prints, my experience is HN had a better quality compared to kmart. I'm assuming it would be the same for mugs.
HN is one of the last mob using proper photo machines. Even officeworks has switched to some inkjet junk.

I would expect these are better quality as normally $25 (only a mug would pay that).I also think from the difference is that the photo is larger covering more of the mug.

I found BigW’s print quality on the cups to be far greater than HN’s
Did this deal once before, photos are obviously rotated the wrong way, staff don't care. There printed in China or somewhere no doubt..

Is anyone else having trouble uploading their photos?
It's stuck on "Uploading photos - 0 of 1 photos completed"
I've had similar issues with various sites. Sometimes is fixed by
1. Trying different browser (or desktop mode, if using phone browser) .
2. Is the photo too large ie. Usually there is a limit to size in mb, like your photo might be 35mb and limit might be 30mb. Even with phone cameras, the file can be quite large these days.
3. You might have popup or javascript block, or some type of software that is blocking the photo uploading.
Most likely just browser is not compatible with their site, or photo is not compatible for upload.

How do they suppose to look? The template appears to be a banner size but what happens around the handle. There's no indication of where the photo will join on the mug.
You think they could generate a simulation to have some idea.they're also doing 12x12 inch photo books (20 pages 10 sheets) for $30. Anyone know if there is cheaper elsewhere, or what the HN quality is like?
Vistaprint does photo books for cheaper but their quality can be hit and miss.

I had the same issue, was due to NoScript in Firefox so allowing some sites displayed the correct price. Perhaps this is your issue too?
