I purchased from this company before and they never honored the cash rewards and claiming they don't know what is cashrewards.
Also, they only sent me half of my order in the first parcel and asked me to take a photo as evidence to show them I did not lie to them.
It took them ages to send the other half…crazy company will never buy from them again.

    • Did you use a coupon? Considering CR don't even list this one on their site …

Cashback may not be payable if you use a coupon code that is not listed on this site.

      • It used to be listed on CR site. Last time I ordered from them was over 1 year ago and tried to get thing sorted with CR still no succeed. Now I ordered my contacts when specsaver is on sale. Similar price range when it’s on sale but fast delivery.

I’ve ordered four times from them on separate occasions and never had an issue with cash rewards or my order even though I’ve used coupon codes on all of them. I ordered specs btw. I suppose YMMV for cash rewards.

Agree on the shipment dates. Can take a while for specs to arrive but I find them generally much cheaper if timing is not an issue.

Edit: e.g I got quoted $600+ for a ray ban sunnies at OPSM. I’ve got the equivalent here for $280 before private health insurance claim. For that saving I’m happy to wait a while. At OPSM, it takes them several weeks to make the lenses too.

      • i find clearly's usual 50% off lenses or their bogo offer to be cheaper than pretty much all others that accept phi

Also having a terrible experience with this mob. Ordered in early Dec and received an email a week later to say that my frame is on back order, with a wait of up to 4 weeks. Finally got some news on Christmas day (yay…) that the frame is estimated to be available in early Jan and then if that actually arrives, they'll then need some time to fix the lenses and such…

All in all, maybe 1.5-2 months for a basic pair of glasses (and I'm assuming delivery will take 1 week. Only reason why I didn't cancel the order is because it'll too late to use up my optical allowance from my insurer.

    • can't you claim, then get refund? doubling up? i'd suggest clearly during st patrick's, easter, black friday, boxing day

  • Guys , I would recommend https://www.otticanet.com , tried them , genuine goods , reliable, fast shipping.

    • Don’t think you can use PHI with them
