  Everyone, please save your self hassles and headaches, DO NOT buy from PCWS!! They are a bunch of liars.
  If they tell you they have 7 days zero dead pixel guarantee on monitor, it is totally a lie!

  "We actually do not have this guarantee"!?!!? this is what they tell me when I call them.

  Purchased an 27" Acer from their last promotion and now I am stuck with a dead pixel monitor right in the middle of the screen. Reported within 3 days of purhcase however PCWS refuse to replace due to they have NO STOCK and NO ETA which is understandable but when I asked can you notify me when you have the shipment the answer is "No I CAN'T DO THAT".

  Also Beware with Acer ONSITE Warranty, there is no such a thing.

  Call Acer: you need to go back to where you purchase (PCWS)
  Call PCWS: you need to contact Acer as we have no stock and no eta.

  Alot worse than MSY or PCDIY, I would recommend you check out MSY, PC Case Gear or PCDIY.

  This is a reply we gave a customer recently who emailed us about a dead pixel on the Acer 27" by one of our sales:
