Myer is having a sale on the Fitbit Alta HR for $169.95, using the anniversary20 code brings this down to $149.95.
Not as good as the pre-Christmas pricing, but the best I have found available now.
Note this code should also work for free delivery. But when I tried, the order was cancelled the next day with no reason given.
I ordered again with Click and Collect and it worked fine.
Charge HR 2 has connected GPS which means you can use it with other services like Strava if you're a cyclist. Otherwise it looks more like a watch as well I guess. For me the Alto HR seems to appeal more to the ladies, the Charge 2 more to the guys. Person opinion there based off anecdotal evidence of dealing with my friends and family who own them.
Its more interactive with notifications etc

The Alta HR has more boxes checked than the Charge 2.
