I grew up with cherry flavoured cough medicine myself, as such, I despise cherry flavour. (Especially cherry coke!) :P
To me, this just tastes like back when HJ's had all you can drink free refills and I'd put Coke and Fanta Raspberry in. Tastes like that, but not as sickeningly sweet because it's lower in sugar. (Thankfully not devoid of it though. Would probably enjoy the Coffee one if it had sugar.)
@Selenium: j concur. Raspberry one is awesome but the crappy thing is that BP is the only place I have found that has it so far. Checked everywhere else. And thankfully has 25% less sugar too so less of a guilt trip.
This coffee thing though is a debacle. They heavily pushed it everywhere and now it seems to be backfiring.
@adrianhughes1998: We sell the raspberry ones at the Woolies Petrol I work at. 250ml cans and 600ml bottles. But yeah, haven't seen it anywhere else either, myself.
The coffee push, it's hard to say where that'll go. But most weird flavours like that don't survive outside of Japan for very long.

Coles sell Raspberry Coke in 1.25L bottles, the four pack glass bottles, and the mini cans. There’s a full page ad in their current catalogue for it, and I’ve seen plenty of it in store.
@agentsmith: which Coles mate so I can grab it. Cos didn't see it at Mirrabooka Coles or Stirling Woolworths. Unless it was a slow roll out

It did take a couple of weeks to show up in store after it was first released though. I haven’t seen it in Woolies at all

To be fair the Raspberry does have reduced sugar.
It has slightly less than regular Coke but has other sweeteners.
(IIRC 9.5g compared to 10g/100ml)
@twister292: Yes you are right. I think I read mine off the can and it was almost impossible to read (one of my bugbears - nutrition info that is almost impossible to read due to size and lack of colour contrast) :)

I don't get it why everyone is after sugar. I have cut sugar out from my diet but still can taste it when drinking milk.
I like my drinks not being overly sweet. But if it’s gonna be sweet, I’d prefer actual sugar rather than the taste of sweeteners.

Yeah sugar is the devil of the day atm, so companies have to market accordingly. Not sure how chemical sweeteners are meant to be better, but then again Trump is president and Italy didn't qualify for the world cup, so trying to make sense of the world is pointless right now.
