I was looking at getting the Sony WH-1000XM2 and could only find ones at around $360, read some reviews and apart from a few difference (slightly better ANC in the 1000xm2) there is a massive difference in price for people who mainly want Bluetooth and ANC.
Hopefully this helps people who were looking for some.
How do you find the noise cancellation on these? Also does it have the gesture features like the WH-1000XM2?
Using them in the office at the moment. With no music on and NC enabled, I can still hear people talking about 2 - 3m behind me. With music on, I cant hear them. All other sounds (like keyboards, outside traffic, construction, etc) is cancelled out really well with music on and off.
From what I can tell, I have all of the same gestures as the 1000XM2s. I believe the only difference between the two are looks and the NC which you can calibrate depending on the air pressure and sounds around you. If you were an avid traveller, I would spend the extra. However, I travel maybe once or twice a year so didn't see the value :)
Purchased these from the addicted to audio online store about a week ago. I live in Perth and they arrived from Sydney within 4 business days.
They were faulty so gave them a call. I was able to walk into the Perth store and had them swapped within 15mins. Great service!
I have been loving the quality of sound coming from H900Ns and would recommend them to anyone wanting a pair or noise cancelling headphones. Before you go bose, try these out :)
