      Some people can lose weight eating McDonald’s. There’s this documentary called fat head, the guy lives of fast food for 30 days ends up losing weight. Basically swap the soft drink to the diet no sugar ones and avoid the chips.

    Thats not much more than the cost of a small quarter pounder meal. And nearly 3 times as bad for you. Lol
