That is one mean looking contraption. Yikes.

Just wanted to add that Leatherman has one of the best warranty service I've seen.

I sent in two Leatherman last year to get fixed, and received 'basically new' Leatherman by the end of week.

    • +?

    • Good to know - I have one that needs some attention. Was it fixed under warranty or was there a service charge?

      • +2

Leatherman has a 25 Years Warranty, so no service charge.

All I had to do was fill in the Leatherman Warranty Form with my information and the problem with the Leatherman and post it to them (You have to pay postage).

NOTE: Leatherman Warranty is done through a third-party (Zen Imports) in Australia

        • Thanks Richard, appreciated. I was aware of the warranty just wasn't sure if they would cover servicing from wear and tear…

Agreed. I called them to ask about buying a replacement screwdriver bit because I’d lost one. They just asked which bit and my address. No
$ or proof of purchase needed.

Wow that's a good deal for the Wave, I've not seen it that cheap. These things are great - make excellent gifts too.

  • Got the SQUIRT for my keyring thanks
Been meaning to to replace my victorinox which tell off

What is better between leather and nylon sheath?

    • +3

I find nylon much easier to access and more secure.

      • +1

I’d get leather. I have nylon and it’s fraying. The leather should loosen up and age gracefully.

  • Thanks OP..

Just picked one up at a very good price 👍

  • Thanks OP just picked this one up I've been wanting for a while.
