Terms and Conditions

  • Parking credit will be allocated to the customer account and can be used for casual parking at Wilson One car parks as shown at www.wilsonparking.com.au.
  • Any parking credit remaining after 30th June 2018 will expire and will not be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • $50 parking credit offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • Open to Australian residents only.

Then click "Apply Now" through there and it will bring you to the application screen.

Under the ‘Sign in with your existing account’ section, include your email address, previously chosen password and then click ‘Sign In’. Once you have signed in, this section will allow you to complete your application process.

  • Does the membership require us to pay any monthly fees or does amount only debit from our credit card if parking was used?

      It's pay as you go with no other costs unless you sign up to a monthly plan

      • This is my first time. To use Wilson parking, do they issue you a card, and you put your card into their machine? Or do they use your car number plates upon entry?

          Not all Wilson car parks accept the "Wilson One" card.
          If you do a search, only the ones in purple will take the card.
          Some car parks use car number plates - they are indicated by the "E-Park" logo in the details of the car park you are interested in.
          I suspect the car park recognition ones wont take the wilson one card (but not sure).

    • They have to manually accept you, it takes a few days, that's not an error.

      • But some people are saying they are already done with the process (I can see two such comments on page one)…

        • They wouldn’t be put through yet, probably just got a different success note or something, same thing happened to me last time and they have to manually go through and check and approve everyone, mine took like 5 days or something and they called me to confirm.

    If you have requested more than one parker on your account, we will send you a Wilson One card for each parker. These cards will all be linked to the same account, so you can use them interchangeably.

    Because you have included the promo code FIFTY in your application you are eligible for our $50 Parking Credit offer. The parking credit will be applied to your account in the next few weeks ready for you to use when you receive your card/s. This credit will expire on the 30th June 2018.

    Looks like they had a backlog of (manual?) account activations. I applied on Wed 17th around 9:30 in the morning, and only received an email confirming account activation about 20min ago (2pm).

      • Did you follow the steps added in the post edit on the 17th to complete the application?

    • A week later, just got the same email! Applied pretty early on too

      So they're still working through them

  • I signed up on the 17th, only got a response to the emails I sent about the sign up issues this morning. Almost 2 week turn around for support queries… nice job Wilson Parking.

    Now to see how long it takes for them to resolve all the account problems I had.

    Be careful with these idiots. The $50 expires which is fair enough but after using the card twice within the valid period and the balance deducted from the $50 credit as my invoices indicate, all of a sudden 3 months later I have been charged for the 2x transactions on my credit card. Emailed them but still no response. Will be initiating chargeback.

    • How do you check your balance? I've logged into my account but can't see the $50 credit bonus anywhere.

      • Seems ok, nothing untoward. It's just a generated pdf online and you can see the $50 credit so seems fine. Just appears to be an outdated way to do it, your balance should be live and in real time.

        I used it for the first time the other day, my account should now be down $19 I'd estimate, but we will see.

        I emailed them but at the same time I lodged a credit card dispute with my bank. The bank returned within a day and said they ruled in my favor. 2 weeks later I got an email from Wilson saying they will ask their accounts team to look into it. Didn't care anyway as the charges were reversed. I also asked them to close my account anyway.

        Outside of the $50 credit Wilson One is a complete waste of time and generally more expensive than simply booking a bay online and certain carparks don't accept it anyway.

    I can see a few people have but is anyone else still waiting on card who signed as soon as this was posted. I got confirmation email on the 19th Jan.

    • Where are you seeing this in your online account? I want to check that I have the $50 balance before I use it.

  • This company sure is the most confusing to navigate, Wilson one doesn't work with Book a bay, W1 cards not accepted in all W carparks, call them and you get misleading info. Bloody useless!

      Have a look at the website, the W1 car parks, where this card is accepted, are marked clearly as the purple icons. Seems straight forward enough in terms of making sure you get the right carpark complex.

      My card swiped perfectly going in and out.

        Why don't they integrate the 2 systems and allow card to be used at all parks??? Too much to ask?

          Hmmmm, yeah no idea mate. It does seem overly complicated. You certainly have to be careful.
