It seems they were a partner for the falls festival last year, I have an inkling that maybe they handed out vouchers there that are meant to be presented with the order.

After initially refusing, they gave it to me while I loitered at the front xD
I think it's more you have to sign up for their VIP offer, and that includes a complementary medium size pizza for signing up…..the receipt it printed was just $0, the order number and the pizza type …..no mention of voucher anywhere, but I can imagine they might want to see the order receipt as it's $0 for a pizza as it looks strange and they might not know about the VIP sign up get a free medium pizza.

Just ordered for Canning Vale. Also added a pasta. Will request full refund if they don't honour it. Shouldn't be a valid code if you need a physical coupon IMO.

girl said u shouldn't have got the email but said will honour it, wait for 10-15 min. Guy came asked how obtained the voucher & seemed pi$$ed off. Finally got it but throw it in the bin immediately without even looking as they the staff seemed to be "unhappy" by the plague :( - that was roughly half past 5

They didn’t even start making any of the free pizzas. He showed me a huge stack of dockets. No original voucher, no free pizza. Kicked up a huge fuss and still didn’t budge.

@Spackbace: I drove past veeeerry slowly, worker on phone and then engaging in a very heated argument with girl waiting. She eventually stomped off empty handed, so I didn't bother going in haha not emotionally ready to be yelled at!
Apparently an email from head office just came out about an IT problem/promo code leak. So any orders for pick up after 5:15 will probably get denied…

Tried ordering from Erindale ACT. Got a call 30 sec after email confirmation. Girl in the store said head office had just told them the code was a scam and asked where I got the code from. Didn't mention Ozbargain, just said got it from a 'friend'. Oh well, better luck next time!
Erindale is always so tight with these vouchers.. I once had a shop-a-docket one and they were a bit rude about demanding it.. Like jeez, it's not exactly rare.
I just ordered from there too. Showed up and all.. And three guys completely saying that it is a scam and they will not honor it.. What a waste of time :(

I ordered a 2nd pizza in addition to push it over $20 for free delivery. Ill either get 2 pizzas at half price or nothing… but at least ill save a trip to potentially pick up nothing. Nice deal if it works!

local store cant see what code you are using at their end, so just told them you deleted the code after ordered it online.

Didn't work at Melbourne CBD Crust. Got knocked back. They definitely needed the physical voucher and yes, it's from the Falls Music Festival :P If you are a better BSer than me you might be able to make it work at a different location, lol.
Also, they're not making any of the pizzas until they actually see the voucher…so it's not like they're going to waste.

Crust asked for the voucher code but got the pizza anyway. Didn't need the physical voucher.
they are lying, store cant see what voucher/code the custumer used. just told them crust sent you a single use code and you have deleted it after ordering online.
Can't select today's date at Camberwell VIC due to "online ordering difficulties" so I selected tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
