Picked up at gladesville. Oh my they have put massive chicken pieces on it. Never had such luck with paid pizzas. This is ozbargain revenge on high priced pizzas. Although they are much better quality wise. This must be the best find of ozbargain top 100

Got my medium supreme from them today and it was the worst pizza I've ever had and that's no exaggeration. It was literately the definition of cardboard pizza and I would never buy a pizza from them.

Sadly, no luck at Fremantle store, showed me a stack of about 15 orders and said without the voucher they couldn't claim it back
Can anyone that works in a franchise store answer, with coupons does the store get reimbursed by corporate or do they just cop the loss?
most likely we have to cop with the losses ourselves.
When it is such a large-scale occurrence (probably error) like this, I would be very surprised if the body corporate is not forced to financially compensate the stores.
at least the previous time they headoffice didnt do that, so I assume this time gonna be the same.
Think of it as a massive free sample, a very effective form of marketing.

I didn't understand what was happening until there were too many orders for a 3 man team.RFG said they're going to reimburse an increased amount for each of these orders to cover more than just the COGs.
When I opened at 3:00 PM I already had 4 pre orders for free pizza due to this.
@lostn: thats right. if they just stop being bitter about it, the pizza population might actually like their pizza (and attitude) and come back next time ;)
btw i got mine at sans souci last night at exactly 9.30pm on the dot as they were closing, still super friendly staff and no questions asked. I would go back to that store.
Ordered to pick up in Pyrmont but got declined saying head office advised them there's someone hacking their website so they don't give out free pizzas.

So theyâve gone from blaming an âemailâ to a âsystem glitchâ now itâs a âhackerâ. So itâs not just a poorly executed promotion perhaps? Are they just making fake excuses so they can leave the stores holding the bill for the free pizzas?

Just got a call from them. Cancelled.
Picked mine from Vic park. No issues. The staff were friendly and seems happy to serve the free pizzas. I cam see at least ten pizzas waiting for collection.

The pizzas were good but they definitely weren't worth $17 I'd pay $8 for one at a normal price.

Link still works at 23:23… Head office obviously doesn't want to honour this deal and yet 5 hours after it's posted, the link still works. I would think if you are a franchisee you have pretty solid ground to sue the head office for any loss. Not that hard to remove a voucher code if they are serious about running their business.
How bad must RFG's IT system be if the head office can't simply block the code from being used online
The executives probably never thought it. "Cancel your plans tonight. We gotta find the numbers of each store and ring them all. I got a phone line in my office and we can take it in turns. Where's the phone book?"
Just picked up mine two hours ago and the pizza was just okay. But when my friend reached the store at Torrensville SA, they started making really crappy ones and he got a real sh*t one ever!! They should have cancelled $0 orders instead.
only the headoffice can edit/cancel or refund web orders, there is nothing the stores can do about it.
now that they will reimburse and all, would there be any problems if I try collect tonight?

My brother in law tries out the deal later on at the same place and they aren't taking any more.

Just placed an order for tomorrow night as it said my local store wasn't accepting online orders and it wouldn't let me set the date to today. Let's see if they approve it.

When i created the account it said a free Large complementary pizza. But when i added it didn't work for large. I tried Medium pizza and it worked!Even though they say in the comments you can pay an extra fee for Gluten Free, it won't allow me to use the coupon code with it.
Redeemed at Gungahlin ACT, no questions asked.
