No luck in Pyrmont for my partner and I last night. Said someone hacked the official website and head office asked them not to give out free pizzas. Dont bother

I picked up one about 845pm last night with no issues. While waiting (about 40 minutes) there were lots of dockets being printed out so I was getting nervous the manager would catch on.

Weird, was able to enter and claim the voucher, but then wouldn't show up as a discount in the check out page - now its saying the voucher has expired. The ride might be over.

Personally I don't get why would you order Crust at a price of a quite decent Italian pizza - if you have choice.

I know people that repeatedly buy Crust at full price and I just don't get it.
I appreciate the lemon they throw in there (gotta get that vitamin C) but the pizza itself lacks the euphoric aromas you get from almost any pizzeria. You can smell a pizzeria pizza from 3 metres away but you can barely smell a thing sitting in a Crust store. The ingredients are anything but generous as well.
I stopped going to Crust when they cut the roast beetroot pizza from the menu :(
That thing was magical, and about the only thing I could justify their prices for.

called the Glen Waverley store, and they couldn't see my order which was put in last night for pickup at 12pm today.
they asked me to call the head office and check with them.

Just received a call from Kingsgrove NSW. They said that they received an email from head office instructing them to cancel the orders and head office will be physically sending free pizza vouchers by mail. That sounded okay except that they don't have our addresses if we opted for pickup which means they're full of shit.
Maybe add your address now to the account - may still be fine.

Haven't been back for a few years, when they had the buy one large and gift a medium to a mate. Website glitched and went through without the medium pizza. Called the store right after to see if they could do it but nope. Emailed hq with receipt and they didn't answer. Looks like I'll never get my pizza shortfall back 😤
Picked up one from Epping last night. The place was absolutely packed and the manager looked extremely confused as to what on earth the sudden rush of medium pizzas was all about. They got my name wrong (somehow) but gave me the pizza anyway. "Subi" if you're here, I'm sorry if I took your pizza :<

Well I hope crust lost a bucket load on this. I made a forward order to pick up on Friday. The jerk at the counter flatly denied deceit gr order even though I showed the print out.
I got an email giving me a complimentary medium pizza if I bought a large pizza.
Got that email too. No way will I buy a $20+ pizza
