Not sure why you get neg'ed. I went and checked it out when they were at 75% off. The items definitely are not worth the "discounted price". The 80% is just the Christmas hamper packaging mark up.
Oh pls. Sparkling Selection Hamper $24, the wine alone is $25 at Dans and very well rated. Full price, hell no, but these are a steal.
The Jansz is $17.95 at Dan's here in VIC.
Can't say I looked at the wine hamper as I don't drink wine and wouldn't pay that for a wine hamper lol

How annoying! Which hampers did you order?
Do these include the wooden hamper/bamboo basket?
Received the same email - when I rang they said there was no alternative product. It was refund only.
I get halfway through checkout then a message pops up saying that one or more items in my shopping bag are out of stock. But doesn't tell me which ones… Below average website. Just wasted 10min trying different combinations.
You are prob a noob. There is a click down box which tells you which items are unavailable. 2/3 of the 3 i selected were unavailable at Canberra center. Then I clicked the drop down and found out which 1 was available :P
There was no click down box for me. It was past the gift wrapping selection stage of the checkout on Firefox before the notification. The black notification bar at the top just gives an "X" closing option which makes it go away but the screen still stays on Step 1 (Delivery).
Edit: I tried doing Click and Collect - the availability experience for the user is different. I agree with slowcoach's comments that the website needs improving even more so now.
Fun fact: I logged into my David Jones account one day and had someone else's shopping cart showing and account details. The staff didn't seem to care about privacy and just wanted me to log out and back in until it went away.
