  • OK jv… your comments please. And I'd like that +ve vote posted from the original bargain, resubmitted here thanks.

    • Do you know any good Brazilian Beer Drinking songs?

      • None. But willing to learn.

  • Looks good. Heard great things about the food there. Wonder if Nova Schin beer is any good?

So the Arepa's are $9 each which makes the beer $8 each. I doubt 1 of these (the arepa not the beer) would fill me up, so I'm wondering if we can use as many as we want per table?

      • or just use them all yourself… burp… :P

      • Sure, buy as many as want. But nothing about use as many as you want. It's never safe to assume with these group buy deals.

        • You do know what happens when you assume, don't you neil?

        • I do, tightarse

  • Just confirmed with the rep, that you can use as many vouchers as you want per visit.

    • Yep - that's right :)

Use as many as you want - potentially an awesome night out with friends.

  • Going to try these out tonight. Called before to make a small booking and was asked if I was using a coupon. I said no but they don't take bookings for under 6 people anyway. Won't be mentioning coupon until it's time for the bill but it's already got me stirred up. Will report back later.

    • OK, my fears were unfounded. You order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table. Gave em 6 coupons, got 6 arepas and beers/drinks served to our table. 2 arepas are probably enough for 1 person. Thus each person also had 2 drinks each which is a bit awkward but I ended up with 3 beers so I can't complain.

Food was good but nothing special. For example, got the fetta arepa and it was just fetta inside, no garnish, sauce or anything so it's quite plain. It is served in a basket lined with a napkin. Nothing else, so I think this place is best served as a drinks place with the arepas serving as snacks. Good after work drinks place I'd say.

Anyway, happy enough as I wanted to try this place regardless. Thanks Crowdmass and tightarse for posting this.
