Bad experience with them. Not recommend Aussie Farmers Direct to anyone.
what happened? you never received the freebie that you were not entitled to in the first place?
Previously there is a spent $60 and $25 event. I bought $63 staff. And I linked from cashreward as a new member should have $15 cashback. I chose deliver two weeks later. one day before the delivery I received a paypal invoice said $48 instead of $63-$25=38. I emailed them and asked why. No one replied my email. When I received the order missed one item. I checked my email at about 9:30pm they sent me an invoice with that item missed so no $25 off. I called them ask why. they told me that item out of stock. They find the item out of stock quit early. But they don't tell me let me decide to choose a replacement item or cancel the order. They force me to buy what not exact I ordered. And custom service said their system is like that. And ask me use the code to buy again. It is their fault but they ask me to pay it. Never deal with this company.
Agreed with the above avoid Aussie Farmers Direct at all cost.
They attempted to charge me for a delivery which had been canceled.
Even when calling customer service they claimed I had forgotten to cancel the order.
However, I have trust issues and recorded myself cancelling the order. They reluctantly gave me a refund.
Another time a they delivered a box of fruit with mold.
They only gave me a partial refund for the fruit that physical had mold on it.
After that I was done with Aussie farmers and switched to delish deliveries.
Similarly, I also had an unpleasant experience with this vendor. I tried to use one of the codes published in OZ bargain they refused it honour it. When asked by their customer service rep said they do not honour discount codes published on this forum. This was a few months back. Hopefully, these issues have been ironed out however it left me with an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't go back.
Terrible company and everything is so overpriced.

Stay away from them. They tried charging me without delivering.
