      When you go to payment screen there should be option that reads "I have a promo code" before you select credit card or paypal

      It seems they have stopped the promotional code working specifically on the drill; you can still add $20 worth of other items to the basket and apply the discount.

      If this is the case its totally unacceptable! Don't mess with OZBers.

      On a second note I emailed them querying why the $20 sign up code worked for some and not for others. They replied they had issues with the initial code and supplied me with a further code which could be applied to any product including power tools. I then asked why they couldn't make an adjustment to my order and was told they couldn't as the order was already placed.

      Just got mine today, there was no factory seal or plastic wrapping, instead it looked like it was a DIY job, tape the edges and openings, haven't opened it yet, dunno what I should do about it

    annoyingly mine failed to deliver to the post office parcel locker I directed it to. something about the locker code not existing (despite getting some ebay things there last week). not sure what's going on there. but will be redelivered to work on monday.

    anyone got suggestions on drill bits? need some general light ones (wooden cabinetry, doors, etc) and some masonry bits (solid brick walls, tiles in bathroom), woudln't mind some driver bits that would suit as well if they exist.

      Got mine today. Brand new as far as i can see. Plug is aust but the plug is the type with missing ground verticle pin? Charger has victorian address on it so definitely aust market device.

        Mine is definitely the UK plug. It has 2 round pins. I might send them a message.

          If it has two round pins then it is not a UK plug, it is a European plug.
          UK plug has three rectangular pins

          Not sure if anyone else had that problem, but if you have been supplied with the wrong electrical connector, not only is that bad form on the part of the seller, but it is quite possibly illegal.
          Suggest you take it up with them direct and get it sorted

          @Gordon84: I have a suspicion that this seller may import some goods from the UK. Not suggesting anything dodgy but I find many of their product models hard to locate here but more readily found on UK sites. Odd? Maybe. But they have a strong retail base here in Australia.

      I opened mine, the box look liked it was repackaged, open it and all the tools were new, but there was no battery, contacted them, still awaiting reply

        There should be a serial number on the outside of the box that matches the serial number on the drill. If you dont have that at a minimum ask questions

    Toll also accepted delivery of mine, wouldn't deliver to the parcel locker (fair enough) but then it was road freighted back to Perth from Sydney and signed off on the 8th. Now Blackwoods tell me they never received it, don't have stock, here have a refund after 3 weeks of nothing. Bit average!! I also asked for their best price on the Milwaukee w/2x3ah (listed for 285). Told they won't amend pricing.
