Welp, I appear to have missed this post when searching as a new code was made.

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/356600

AU01194 brings it to 13.99 or 17.88 aud

    • You should update it to reflect this

    • expired code unfortunately

  • Cheaper to buy from joybuy and no coupon needed

  • Are the yeelights compatible w/ Google home?

    • Yes but apparently there is a bug that makes changing the brightness difficult. Can be used with Alexa too.

      • +1

I've been using it for a couple weeks now, haven't noticed any issues with brightness. Just say "set brightness to ## percent".

        No issues so far

      • i 2nd what Salmando says. works perfectly. Its only annoying when 1 or 2 switches are physically off and you ask Google Home to turn on your lights (non-specific to rooms), so she does an then continues to tell you that some can not be reached. lol

      • Bullshit. Brightness works fine.

    • +1

Yeelight can be added to your google home devices and controlled through voice. You can tell them to change colours and everything. Really good for party tricks ;) I've got 8 over the dining table and had them linked with a strip on the christmas tree. Fun to see them all change at once or one at a time. Just name them all something easy to say and you'll have no problems. I was also able to change the brightness by voice too.

    • Yes, mine work fine.

      • Can you get warm white colour from this bulb? Also if the bulb is connected to home wifi can I turn the light on and off through the app when I am away from home? Or do I need to be in the same wifi as the bulb.

  • I still have two extra bulbs don’t know where to put!

    • +1

I had to buy a lamp just to use it. Can't figure out where to put the lamp yet though

  • +1

I won't be buying any new lamps from Ikea until these prices come down a bit.

GB is improving the price progressively…I remember mine is around $13….

  • +1

Not for me, at this price! $14 is my limit.

  • Can almost buy a hue light for this. Not my price point for these bulbs

  • AU$23.77 for Yeelight RGBW?? Maybe $10 less?
