Nice laptop, but the battery life is woeful.

    • I agree. 1hr 40min on my 6 Cell :( (Power Saving Mode)

      • Yes. battery life is hopeless even on the i5 model (just about 2 hours or less)

  • Mainly due to
PC Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTS350M with 3D Vision 2269MB—>3D Graphics, hence 3D glasses are included
Intel Core i7-740QM—>Core i7 kills battery

Overall this laptop is extremely cheap for a laptop with those specs

  • Yeah re the battery life Im not suprised given the features on this bad boy. I guess this is meant to be more of a desktop replacement? Surprised it only weighs 2.6kg compared to the half tonne toshiba quasimodos of recent years.

    Anyway, good price find mate!

What's the screen res though? The lack of full HD screens in these higher end machines is frustrating :(

    • Native Resolution 1366x768. These first 3D laptops to test the market are definitely leaving room for improvement - "planned obsolescence".

  • Apparently new models coming out real soon.
