  • Get active!

I might actually use it this year.

  • Baird pls

    • +3

      Yep. Sure he will help.

He's an exec at NAB earning $1m a year now

      • +1

Geez, that's a bit tough on him, it's closer to $887,000 for his first 6 months. Such a battler.

        • oh how dare me! I forgot the "+"

          Poor old Baird.

          Wonder if he visits OzB

        • @Suspect420: Nah, he was way too busy at the local diving pools learning how to perfect the backflip.

  • Yay this will help me work off all the pizza/fast food bargains.
Cannot believe I'm not obese yet.

I was gonna start exercising as part of New Years resolution… looks like I better wait until April.

  • LEGO = Active

  • wish they have this in NSW

Ok what is Nordic Walking? I assume they aren't going to fly me to Northern Europe?

$350 an hour to teach nordic walking?
I'm definitely in the wrong business.

    • Its an international master trainer. Complete with nordic accent. I am picturing a leggy blonde, so will definitely be interested in paying the $350/hour post April to get taught how to walk holding Lekki poles.

  • Is the card all I need to show ? Walk up to the gym in April & they let me in free ??

    • +1

I tried at our local YMCA, they had no idea what I was talking about!

      • Sent here got an email saying I got 10x free visit. But there's no coupon or passes to print out. How on earth do I claim these free passes?

  • Local one from last year (Deakin YMCA) not om the list anymore :(

  • Just show them the 'card' and it should work?

  • Great program and have redeemed free passes to my locals for the past 2 years. Unfortunately the list has reduced dramatically (i.e. Maroondah no more participating) and instead of 10x passes it's now down to 3x pass at some locations. Probably meant that most people just redeem the passes rather than join memberships?

11 days down and again it looks like this year won't be the year I get Active.

    • +1

      Hahaha.
My partner and I have used 1 swim each, but just to take our 3month old for his first swim. So not really that active april for us just yet either.

    • +1

I hear you. I'm in the same position!
Can't believe that even free passes isn't enough for motivation!!
