My guess is they specialise in repairing cars not websites

      • Noice but the selling their services on a website :p

Haha yeah I know, it looks like something from the geocities days. Just needs a slamming skull.

    Some reviews.

    • Looks great!

That girl on the phone sounds like she needs a raise and promotion 😳🙄

Hahahaha those reviews are terrible! Wouldn’t touch this with a ten foot pole.

not eligible for car over 10yrs old

If you ring them they might make an exception. They did for me.

  • Holly… The reviews though.

I wouldn't trust this company, their reviews are crap, their company name is questionable and their website doesn't fill me with confidence or awe. Can't really expect them to go that extra mile for $44.50 a year.

    Down voted.

False economy, I racq because they go above and beyond every time I need them.

  • worth checking with your car insurance if they provide it. Coles do & I think it was about $60

    • $83

  • I have been with them few years, one car with NRMA, 2 cars with this one. One of my 2002 Astra use their service every year, jumpstart and tow to my mechanic , they are OK, I even ask they jump start my car then go to buy battery myself without purchase from them. I have use their tow service 3, 4 time these years. From the drop down menu, yesr of car up to 2002, so they may not cover my next renew . That is cover car age up to 15 yr ?

There was a pothole on my local road. I called them but they didn't fix it because it was in the centre of the road rather than the side.

    • OK

    • classic

So this is their "10th Anniversary Special!"… Yet they've been "Servicing Australian motorists since 2000"

    Hmm.

    • +2

That may mean they haven't updated their website in 8 years.

I've used this company before. Only had one call out service and they promptly dispatched local mechanic to my location (was stuck in a small town). If you call them up before registering they may approve vehicles over 10 years old (my car is 15 yrs old.) Overall, good value.

    • you mean register over the phone ?
or, ring them , they said yes , then register online, … how to know if they put a note on my membership that they'll do car over 10yrs old

      • Register over the phone. It was impossible to register old car online.

  • I don't understand the road side assistance.

Normally new car come with 7 yrs warranty, and within this 7 yrs the car hardly break down.

Chance of the car break down between 7-10 also rare if you do service regularly.

Problem start 10+ years car which have a higher chance require for road side assistance. If they doesn't cover 10+ yrs car. What is the point?

    • battery flat , tire blown , fuel ran out

  • If you want NRMA, you can call up and negotiate. We got $99 per year for 5 years. A bit more expensive but at least I know NRMA are reputable and pretty quick to respond with all their vehicles on the road.

    • You paid 5 years in advance?

  • does it cover commercial vehicles? cancelled my woolies policy as i pulled off the road 1m and got bogged they told me i wouldnt be covered as i was off the main road and it was a vehicle i used for work too.
