miniinthebox sorted out a deal on the Xiaomi mi note 3 for me. Initially 200 available.

No band 28, no headphone jack but sports a bigger battery than the a1 and has 6gb of RAM along with NFC.

ROM is rooted, international or global? Many applications won't work if the phone is rooted.

      Guys not sure what's all the fuss about, it's very easy to install MIUI Global Stable ROM incase if this comes with an unofficial ROM, it takes about 10 mins if you know what you are doing.

      Yes I know but MIUI Global Stable ROM is never rooted. Their Developer ROM can be rooted but not the Stable one.
      
      So worst case if the phone arrives with any rooted or unofficial ROM, just replace it with MIUI Global Stable ROM and you'll be fine.

This phone is installed 9.1.3.0 (NCHMIEI) Rom, which is seller ROM or international ROM.
Official Global StableRom just out 9.1.4.0 (NCHMIEI).
Not sure will it become brick if you upgrade from seller ROM to Global stable ROM.
