Greetings everyone, just noticed that this deal is back once again. I had no problem at all last time in getting the gift card. I would highly recommend that you put a bit of effort into the reviews and make sure you actually own the products and are posting a legitimate review. Otherwise, PR might deny some of your reviews and it will take longer to get the gift card.

Please note, the gift cards are delivered on the 1st day each month.

Promotion Notes:

  • All four reviews must belong to one of the categories mentioned above in order to be eligible for this promotion.

          @adr8: If the product already existed in our database but had no reviews, then it should already be in a category. If you had to submit a form for a new product then that will have to be manually checked and categorised, in which case your counter won't include it until the category is assigned.

      I have no proof (receipts) of purchase of 4 products I reviewed, but I am 100% truthful, and they are in my house. Will I still receive voucher?

        Same here… I don't have receipts for the items except may be TPG. Received bulk email for all 4 reviews asking for receipts.

        I would probably save more money by investing my time elsewhere..

          @Superninja418: I got emails after a day or so.. let's see. My reviews weren't fake I can provide pictures of the products but it takes time to dig up old paperwork.

        Receipts aren't mandatory for this promotion, but our Moderation Team may email you and request one for one reason or another. We always encourage people to upload them anyway.

        This is the same promotion, it's been running continuously since July. So if you have previously redeemed a $20 gift card between then and now then you will not be able to redeem a second one.

      Last time it was Coles only. These are the conditions of the card.

      Key conditions of use: Treat this gift card like cash. Stolen giftcards will not be replaced or refunded. To be

      Yes, the gift cards are sent via email, we do not have any physical gift cards. The card cannot be redeemed at Coles Online, Coles Express or Liquorland.

          It's just a webpage with a barcode. You can either print it, or scan it directly off your phone at the checkout in any Coles supermarket. The cashier can also manually type in the barcode number if they have some issue scanning it.

      Yes, any reviews submitted up until midnight of the last day of each month are included.

    Well, well, I have a negative experience with them. I did submit quite a number of reviews on products in their website. Finally I got an advice saying there were 2 more reviews submitted then I would receive the $20.00 gift card. Thereafter I followed one and strange after that I was advised again that I had another three (instead of one)to submit for the gift. I was frustrated ( not because of the failure to get the $20.00) but the feeling of being playing around. I wrote to them for an explanation, no reply was ever received. Perhaps they feel too shameful for their deed. Thereafter I have never sumbiited a review to their website,

    This is a query for the store rep- I only realised after I posted a few reviews that items must be new (that is , an older car or appliance don't qualify)
    My bad there.
    I've made sure to add another four that were 100% current items or services. It still show 1 less than the 4 needed for the gift card.

    Am I missing something?

      no they like to make it hard for people to get the $20 gift card, they're trying to get free reviews on their website. Had a similar problem 3 months ago but emailed them and they eventually sent the e-gift card, just hang in there.

    I wrote 10 reviews, but only 2 were accepted, one of them is not in the categories. I have experienced a few times to see "congratulations" turns to be "write 3 more reviews"! I have receipts, most of them were in categories. Not sure why those reviews are "Not Published". The annoying thing is, you cannot retrieve them.
    Believe me it was not a pleasant experience. I have sent an email to them. Waiting for a response.
