Yes. The Optus also offering $59 with 20GB data (in-store now,website later). But 4GB is enough for me. Lol.
I was ready to pull the trigger on this awesome phone but just found out there's no NFC which is a deal breaker for me. If you've never used for phone for NFC payments then it won't be an issue. Once you've experienced the ease of paying for things with your phone it is hard to go back. Overall though these prices are fantastic for an awesome phone.
How can you use cash rewards if get special offer from online chat?

not having NFC is deal/heart breaker for this otherwise well-specced phone.

Good price if you only are after the 4GB plan.
If you wanted to upgrade to something bigger (say 15GB), it would be cheaper to buy here for $578, then get the 15GB plan for $32. That would result in about $56 a month (dividing the cost of the phone by 24 + $32 a month for the service), as opposed to $60 for the plan.
EDIT: I didn't factor in the first month free. Still better off, I believe.
