  would there be any lag or make it hard to use

  I have a surface rt, (yes its old, but I paid big $$$), and since day one, even after a clean format, it would freeze like crazy even when I had 2 windows open, to even scroll up and down

    The processor isn't that bad, but it's the 2GB of ram that'll kill you. That's barely enough to run Windows 10.
    Feel free to take a gamble though, as Silentsoar said the part number might lead to a 4GB configuration.

      I had one of the pc sticks with a similar processor and frankly it's just not beefy enough with recent windows 10 updates, it will frustrate you. Frankly the only time I'd bother with this CPU series would be if you are running a Linux or some other lightweight OS probably in a GUI free setup.

      IMO for a decent windows 10 experience you need at least the M/Y series processors at least the 5W TDP range.

        Depends on what you call a decent Windows 10 experience.
        A Celeron N3060 can run Windows quite fine, everything works but it's not really cut out for much more than just basic Windows 10 applications like edge with a few tabs, mail etc.

        That being said, the more you pay the better the experience.

  Bought one - I'll be interested to see the specs when it arrives, listing says 2GB ram but part number 20E40028AU is for a 4GB spec
