    dongle isn’t the issue, the challenge is turning the tv box on as it uses IR with the factory supplied remote.

    the wireless remotes can turn unit off ….. but don’t seem to be able to turn back on, that needs users to do manually or use the factory supplied remote.

  I have an air mouse with USB but it will not turn
  my Android box on it will turn it off though

    i have the same issue too. wonder if it has to do with the usb power to the dongle when box is off.

      yep, only success i’ve had with turning on is the IR remote that comes with the android boxes.

      it. might be how they are designed and that the software doesn’t look for usb as an option for turning on as they supplied an IR remote with the unit, so would need IR and to learn it on an air mouse besides the 2.4ghz wireless.
