To be honest, I have never used a Kogan monitor before. If you're looking for a budget-friendly 4K monitor, I think there's no other option that can beat this price.
I recommend buying the 27" UHD. 32" has lower PPI, either QHD of 27".

used to have kogan 1080p was great, only got rid of it as i moved to dell 4k 27”, but the kogan 32” is tempting. I don’t need it for gaming, it’s office365 and working from home and sometimes a movie while eating lunch. comes with a power brick so i guess if power supply dies because its not in the monitor can easily get another power supply. my kogan radios still work fine after 10 years, haven’t had any issues with kogan gear except their $35 mechanical keyboards feel like $35 mechanical keyboards. usb-c chargers still work fine.
