Great deal, ordered a $50 iTunes card :)
Much better alternative for lazy people like me who don't want to go to Officeworks :P

  • Don't like when I see sellers having neutral/negative feedback saying 'scam' 'not ordered by me' 'buyer beware'

    • +5

I was iffy last time they posted, but checking with ebay, it is actually Paypal who is selling these. SO I guess you can't get much more trustworthy on ebay.

      • +2

That's reassuring, should be alright then

    • Bought $100 card just then, delivered in 11 minutes.

  • +1

No scam, purchased $100 gift card, delivered and redeemed within 10 minutes.

    • Hmm I'm still waiting for my $30 one after 40 minutes

      • Checked your SPAM folder?

        • +2

Nope nothing of interest in there except for lottery wins in the UK and some magic pills.
I mean the order confirmation did say it would take up to a couple of hours so I didn't expect to get it straight away, just surprised someone got theirs within 10 minutes.

Thanks. Easy to redeem too, just click on the email with the code and it automatically connects to the iTunes store, don't even have to enter the code in

It is promoted on ebay homepage and sold by PayPal Digital Gifts, which is trustworthy.

Bought 3*%50 Kogan gift cards last time and claimed them without any issue.

  • Can these be used to pay for Netflix through the App Store - and if so how do I go about changing my billing method to iTunes?

    • +3

You need to cancel your account then create it again:

PSA: there is an Australian vendor, Chris Hickey, who sells iTunes gift cards pretty much all year round for 15% off via his website (electronic delivery via email): http://www.chrisgiftcards.com/gift-cards-for-sale.html

Usually takes a few hours for him to email you the iTunes codes. Have bought over $600 worth of iTunes credit over the past year from Chris without any problems — I originally found out about his site from a discussion thread here on Ozbargain. It's a really convenient option when none of the usual retailers are offering any iTunes discounts.

Credit for Australian Optus Prepaid Mobile Phones - $40 Value for only $39.20!!

Some great bargains to be had.

Jokes aside, thanks for the PSA - will be great for when no other place is discounted :)

From the looks of his website and reading the about page, he snaps them up at a discount like this 15% off deal, then on-sells the codes for the same discounted value. In other words, he's the one who does the leg work and sells to those of us to lazy to head down to Coles/Owks to get the physical cards. Not sure how he makes any money off this, especially with paypal fees, unless he is buying up stock during high %% of deals. Anyway, saves me the hassle of leaving the computer chair. Going to try out his site now as I need a card for something.

Thanks OP. Got the $100 card. Took about 15 mins to arrive.

    No I want jbhifi instead.

  • +3

Will the ATO accept the digital cards or do I need physical ones?

  • +2

Nice! Saved 15% for paying off my ATO debt!

  • +4

The card expires 24 months after the date of issue.

Pro tip: Once redeemed into your Apple account, the credit never expires. Just remember to log into your apple account at least once every year, or Apple might mark it as "abandoned" and wipe the account.

It's best to redeem the cards as soon as you receive them, that way you can't lose them or forget them, or have them stolen by somebody hacking your email.

If you have a significant balance in your Apple account, consider setting up two-factor authentication, to reduce the risk of your account being hacked.

  • I ordered a card almost exactly 24 hours ago and still haven’t received it. They said allow one working day and the status updated to posted with a tracking number yet still no email. Disappointing I was hoping to use it shortly after purchase…
