When I was a kid we were lucky, lucky to go camping at all. And even then the best wot we could hope for to clean ourselves was an algae ringed muddy puddle in the bottom of teh dry creek, that a sheep had pissed and died in. Twice.

Interesting. I might modify the sink to sit on top of and drain into my toilet cistern. After flushing it could automatically run the tap for hands-free handwashing and then auto-shutoff once the cistern is refilled.
