What are some good/well priced ones if you don't mind me asking? HAven't stepped up to the SSD ext yet.
I have about 6 of these WD portable hard drives, from 1TB to 3TB, and never had any problem with any of them. They're economical, and good quality (I prefer them to Seagate). How much does a 2TB SSD cost? And with all the videos and stuff we download and save these days, is it really worth to buy tens of TBs in SSDs? Well, maybe if you're filthy rich. I understand for someone whose livelihood depends on the data they wanna save, like a pro photographer or a full-time YouTube vlogger etc, but for everyone else, I really don't think it's worth forking that kind of $$ on SSDs for regular use.
Good price but I'd spend more and opt for a solid state drive. Better speed, you don't have to worry about shock damage, and it's much lighter to carry around.
