          You need to toughen up as a sales person.

          If people don't want your sale, just leave them. If your sale is good enough that you justify it as a sale, people will buy it.

          Replying a lot is much worse than just saying "That's a great deal too!".

      Yes, they 12 month warranty on the "Factory second" makes me all tingly

      Its at maximum $10 for a converter. AU Plug + au warranty does not justify such a price increase. Seller clearly trying to slyly get rid of stock and proclaim massive discounts

          Did i ever say the coffee machine wasn't good quality, its just priced stupidly and you got caught out on it and are trying to make excuses. Well worth a neg

      lol where did you find that ! Our factory refurbishments are 1st class, I have seen the guys do them, and even replace panels with the smallest of marks on the side !, they take pride in knowing its a job well done.
