    It appears Telstra has screwed up my order and i might not be getting the watch even though i was one the first to jump on this deal. Very frustrating to deal with their livechat, phone help line and even going in store was pretty useless.

    If you get a txt from them to contact livechat to verify your details then you can forget about getting the watch.

    Placed order on 21st morning and still haven't received any shipping notification or the watch. Called Telstra they have no clue about it and said have to wait 5 to 7 business days for online order to reflect in their system. What a stupid system. Anyone else receive their order placed on 21st?

  • after I got the price error message I got my item and opened it. got a full refund a day after and now literally everyone at telstra wants absolutely nothing to do with me. they may as well tell me to (profanity) off and all I want to do is find a solution to our problem

      • I've fully notified them about this issue so what the hell else am I meant to do? going to try one last thing and then i will just give up. call support will only help you if you have some sort of service with telstra already. so if you bought this watch without having an account you will not be able to have any support

        • Having experienced first hand how painful their livechat and hotline is, I don't understand why you're trying so hard to hand over money to them again. If they want it, they can come get it.

          @ChillBro: yeah, apparently if I notify them then they must make an effort to collect it within the month or else it's mine. But I will use it and if they ask for it back then they can have my sweaty ass watch back. just feel more at ease if I actually pay for it.

          saying that the facebook support was nice and understanding even though they couldn't help me either

      Here i am paid for the item and have not even received anything after receiving my invoice. After contacting them numerous times via livechat, phone, facebook, email and in store it has gotten nowhere

      Did you get a txt from Telstra asking you to verify your details via livechat? If you did, you need to sort this out with them before they can process your order. Anyway that was my experience and i'm still waiting for them to send it out.

    • I still haven't, not even a shipping confirmation yet…. Started a PayPal dispute cause I'm over talking to those idiots at Telstra. Tried millions of live chats and calls to no avail.

  • No, I haven't received anything from them except the receipt of payment. Sent them email and online enquiry on their website. Haven't got anything back. I also chatted to them through live chat but got told to call customer support but the guy doesn't know what am I on about and told to wait 5-7 business days for the order to show in their system.

    • Finally got an update from Live Chat after 1 hours of transferred to 6 different people. They said they sent out on 23 Feb and it should arrive within 7 days the latest will be 2 March. Will see if it arrives.

  • is it really a scam from Telstra? I knew they also sent fraud bills to elderly who never had contract with them. How many orders were successful placed on 21/3 and already got it delivered? I am still waiting for shipping confirmation email from them, went to live chat on Monday but they have not got a clue what I was trying to say and told me to wait at least 5 business days in order for them to process my order. This is really frustrated from a well-known Australia Telco company, they earn million dollars but cannot even have a proper system. I just simply want my money back

      Did you quote them the invoice no. you should have received at the time of purchase? Thats the number i quoted to them and it worked.

        • @dehamsta: mate, wasted 30 mins via livechat and i felt that I talked to a wall, not a humanbeing..whoever was dealing over the computer would not be a human cos she/he did not have a commonsense. I tried to repeat myself over and over again again that my order was online, they just kept asking the same questions again and again, and kept me waiting and waiting….I am just going to fire a dispute with Paypal….

I've learnt to eliminate the idiots and was able to come across someone who was helpful and know what they are doing yesterday. Things seem to be happening but i will confirm if i receive my watch.

          @dehamsta: finally, someone online was able to provide SR reference numbers so that I can call up Telstra to follow up my order, the guy over the phone already escalated my order to his manager. If my order will not be shipped by tomorrow, call them up again to sort it out. I suggest you guys try to get the SR reference numbers related to your order so that they can all be the same page, otherwise it will be a circle. The guy online even suggested me to go to instore to pick up the watch but people in-store refused to fulfil it as they claimed they have different system. I will wait till tomorrow to see whether I could receive shipment confirmation

    • I contacted the Livechat team again and same problem happened can't find the order and asked to call the customer service but I refused. Gave the SR number he said it is invalid and can't see anything. After one hour of asking to transfer to a person that knows about this got told will be delivered today but they don't have any tracking number and issued a new SR number. Don't think it will come today they always lying a bunch of losers. So frustrated.
