    Yeah - dual core is better than the N450 for MULTITASKING, even if a teeny bit slower in pure MHz. But they don't seem to have any more actual "grunt" than the single-core units…

  Will the cashback work? The model number doesn't seem to match? I googled the specs for Aspire AOD255-N55DQkk, it doesn't seem to be dual core.

    Not only must the Model number match, but the SKU or P/N (on the carton) as well.

    We found this out on the recent eMachines 350 thread, when my cashback claim was rejected! Luckily they added my SKU code the next day, and I was able to backdate the claim :-)

  So Good Guys can only knock off a couple of dollars from Office Works' price. Myer offered to go down to $450 lol. Anyone seen this for less? Oh and the cashback offer is not valid through Office Works. Harvey Norman it's valid but ends up around the ssame price. So Office Works price for this unit is $369.00 with 5% price beat on Good Guys
