I used to love them until my most recent order had meals that went bad before their use by date. The customer service person was terrible on chat about my concerns and their freshness guarantee or whatever isn't worth the text its written on. I ended up throwing about 4 meals. No apology even, the person just didn't accept that it was something wrong with their meals despite me sending pictures. I've decided not to continue ordering anymore (weekly orders =~$250) coz I think they've really dropped the ball on quality and freshness. I'd recommend ordering smaller meals than one large weekly order. They were really good before. The terrible customer service has made me reconsider since I no longer trust them about the quality of meals I'll actually receive.
Whenever I had a problem with any more, they just gave me a coupon no questions asked. I once got the wrong meal and another time the fish that was in a different meal tasted like rubber and was chewy like rubber. I've only had surprisingly good experiences with their customer service.
Any higher calorie meals like 700 calories or so?
