        How come the sign up isn't working for me with the codes you posted above? Is it possible the email address that I have used is in Mastercard's system and that's why it isn't letting me to use another six digits that are different to the ones on my card?

          I doubt it, those are generic mastercard BIN's for heapsss of cards, maybe try a different email?
