      Class 1

It is U1, Class 10 (and A1 for apps). NOT Class 1.

No, it will not be the fastest card around, but will be more than fast enough for many uses. (eg. Nintendo Switch)

      • Fast enough for a smart phone you think?

Depends on your phone, and your usage, but I'd say so.

It may struggle with things like 4K video recording, and may take a little while longer for things like copying your whole media collection onto it, but otherwise it should be fine. But it is rated A1, so should be good from runnings apps from microsd.

Personally, I'd go for a Samsung EVO Plus / EVO Select, just for that added piece of mind from the quicker write speeds (because I mainly use the microsd card for taking lots of photos), but that may indeed be overkill. This A1 card may in fact be better for running apps (you'd have to compare the IOPS measurements, but I believe the EVO cards fall slightly short of the A1 spec).

Any deals on the extreme pro

    • Is that one still the best for 4K (Mavic Pro, GoPro etc 4K recording)? Fastest write speeds?

      • Last I checked yes. On the DJI forums they have a list.
