      These fans from aliexpress are different as they are LED - the fan you select will only be that one colour.
      The fans listed in this deal are RGB.
      However I do not know if these fans are a good deal compared to other RGB fans.

        I looked up the specs vs the thermaltake rgb fans they are similar in terms of sound levels. They do move a little more air, so would be a slightly better choice for use on a radiator( not saying that these are a great choice at around 53 cfm). If you really want rgb but need them to serve a purpose they are not the worst choice on the market, and seeing as they are about half the price of thermaltake, nzxt etc it seems like a decent enough choice. In terms of quality I have no clue but on paper they seem ok and the price is good.

          Also consider that AliExpress spec sheets are completely made up or incorrectly measured using poor equipment as a best case.
