  • Seems a good price for 4gb 1080p , has anyone had any experience with these

Good budget phone. Battery is used in a day, but very quick to recharge if you have a QC 3.0 charger. Finger print sensor not as quick as some but it does work. B28 works well. Dual sim or one sim/one sd card.

      • Thanks for feedback

  • Looks good….has b28 by the look of it, dual sim …Android 6.0 though

I believe that's for a Sony Xperia Z2, not the Sharp.

      • That's for a Sony Xperia Z2 Phone

There are no custom ROM's for this device and they are unlikely to exist given the MTK Chipset.

Sorry about that. Guess I need another coffee…

@bikeframed: make it an Irish, it's arvo & you need some pratcice for the 17th

    • after a few minutes research…. bad battery , bad camera….but <$150 ..still no from me…Mi A1 still @ $244

      • could you pls let me know for the link for Mi A1, $244 is good deal, cheers

Camera is reviewed as excellent in good light, poor in low light. Heating issues during intense use (gaming) can cause shutdown. Battery charge reviewed as lasting several days at normal use.

        • Didnt know of heating issues but not a gamer so thats ok….Only disappointment is the low light shots which is expected at this price….

  • Duplicate poste, More info on original post here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/363730

    • Report it then?

      • No need to report - 5 hours till expiring, this thread active, other thread had been dead for days - so link supplied for additional info.

        • lol what I had in mind was instead of commenting that it was a duplicate, you could've just reported it instead of saying it was a duplicate at the time. Now, yea maybe not much point.

Sorry I am new but the previous post was a different price

Same content I know. But is it still considered against the rules??

      • +3

Looks like a good first post to me! Well done and keep it up

      • Currency variation :-) I think it's best to encourage people to post :-)

        • +1

More than just currency variation actually. The other one has a price of $117.99 USD, whilst this one is $3 cheaper.

But yea same seller, just a drop in price.

  • My previous comment for this phone:

Damn good phone for this price.

    1080p screen
    Big battery
    Infrared
    Headphones jack
    Micro SD slot

Someone said the camera wasn't great though.

    @OP previous deal was $150: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/363730

  • I myself have actually just ordered 1

  • Guys,

Do not buy this product. I bought this the last time there was a deal for it. I read the reviews and bought it knowing the overheating issue. Worked ok for a few days, then started overheating for no reason and turning off…. i disabled all bloatware and almost all apps, yet overheats and turns off. Wasted my $160. Steer clear of this, its cheap for a reason

    • too late.

will see how it goes when i receive it. Will prob post my comments in the mobile forum.

      • Have you received your new hone yet?

        If so what's your experience?

        • +1

          Got it already.

          Pleasant experience.

          Comes with included case.

No issues with reception or anything; Optus user here.

Only issue that happened was the phone freezing upon waking up. That happened like once.

        • @GegeV2:

Thanks for reply. Whats the battery life on it so far?
