This is the mouse that has come out to replace the G403 Wireless.
Sells for about $99-$125 so it's a great price.
I'm not sure if they have an official website (but they have been listed on ozbargain before) - so note to mods I've just placed a store website for now (ignore if you're not a mod).
Mine too. In fact, I just placed a warranty claim this morning. Sometimes the page scrolls the opposite direction I'm scrolling on the wheel.

I received my mouse soon after release and assumed the initial batch was dodgy. The problem got really bad as time went on before I finally did RMA.
But my brand new replacement has been doing the same thing and I know its only going to get worse.
My plan is to make a proper complaint to Logitech that its a defective product by design and I want a refund/credit so I can buy the G703 or similar.
A mouse should last 3-5 years at least…
Yeah I've only had mine for about 13 months. The issues started a few months ago and it's been getting worse.
can you just enable inverted scroll as a way to fix it?
No because while scrolling down, it will randomly scroll up.
If you inverted it, while scrolling up, it would randomly scroll down.
Its really painful and annoying as there is a lot of scroll jitter on the page when you are just trying to scroll and read something.
@samfisher5986: Exactly this. Also, some scroll motions just do nothing. This isn't a software-fixable problem.
Note that this mouse is compatible with the POWERPLAY accessory where you can get a charging mouse pad and snap in a charging POWERCORE module at the bottom of the mouse. Expensive system to add, but just an option.
i have a G903 with the powerplay mat…honestly cant go back to wired after this..

My only complain to G403 is pure battery life, like it otherwise.
i have the G403. the battery life is actually quite good if you turn off the RGB.
I can get about 50 hours use on 1 charge with RGB turned off. only like 12hrs with it on.
Yep 50 hrs, not 1-2 years like older logitech mouses..
Which Logitech mouse had 1-2yr battery life that's li ion rechargeable?
Those 1-2 year logitech mice have slow response time and report rate.
This is a wireless gaming mouse.
Do your research first.
The 703 uses the PMW3366 sensor, same with the 502 and the 903. It is a highly regarded optical sensor, some regarded it as being "the best". Not sure what metrics they use to compare it against though.
