      I think it was originally to help calm a lot of people who have autism and other psychological conditions. It'd be very useful for them.

        @bchliu: yeah i read about that, but either way i'm pretty sure it was still a thing in the autistic community and it was good for some of them to fiddle with when anxious.

  There are about 40+ left after I bought 6 in Riverton BigW (WA).

  It is cheaper to get these ball bearings than getting them from ebay, which mostly fake and very stiff.
