Was going to make a comment about 'gender changing' being cheap, but then good sense prevailed.

      • +13

        "Gender Adaptor"

Just note, these are not legal to use in Tasmania !!!

The weird thing is that the $0.00 items actually cost money when you add them to your cart…
And you would have to pay $4.95 minimum handling fee anyway…

      • Ditto. Was actually quite excited to see the free cord covers/elbows :(

        • Get it delivered to your workplace.

      • Hmm … surely they aren't allowed to be doing this?

But I'm seeing it too. Items in the clearance sale marked as $0.00 (handling fee will apply of course) that show as $1.41 or $1.81 once in the basket … :S

  • Fuji Xerox 4124 not available for backorder. Other stuff boring or overpriced or both.

Problems with OW clearance items already discussed here:

    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/36607

    • i just add it via checkout—-> enter product code
      yep most are on backorder

      • INFXPH3124 still cannot be added.

    • Please read the first line, ring customer service as there may be stock in your state in the store. Each state has its own stock holding online, a non stock no backorder item in one state does not mean that is not available elsewhere, the must be one item in stock in one state for it to display when its clearance.

    • The 3124 has a USB 1.1 interface and appears to be a GDI printer. Has 150MHz processor and 8 MB memory. Was good maybe 10 years ago. Thanks, but I think I'll get a Brother next time it's on special.

    • n/m.

    eMACHINES eME527 - isn't its rrp 399 ? Not much of a saving.

    • ^_^! True.
I don't know why he missed that.
      Considering it's only a celeron…

You could easily get 2 years - unused laptop same specs but Athlon X2 for $300… Replacement batteries would also be cheaper. xD! It's what I have.

    "..up to 95% off.."

    Bah, humbug.

    • LOL - thats the case if you want the cables or adapters, more like 99% off :)

      • +1

        99% off before handling fees … :P

        • +1

          Yeah., the 4.95 sucks.

Cannot order, I tried about 5 times and it kept logging me out and removing items from the check out etc.

    • +1

it means they are not available in you state… no stock listed in the local warehouse…

you need to call individual stores to see if they have any left and they can hold them for you to collect…

Does anyone still pay for anti-virus software?

    • +1

      Yeah, of course.

Why do you think Norton is still in business.

      • +1

I suspect most of their revenue is from corporations.
Yeah, good point, I guess there are still a few suckers out there.

      • +1

Individuals with enough savvy to understand that the internet is not "the e on the computer" tend not to pay Norton. Corporations use the major suites because they are backed by corporate support services.

      People like my sister :)
She bought a laptop from hardly normal, got sucked into buying a 3 user pack.

  • Man elecronics so cheap thesedays

  • Logitech Ultimate Ears Metro.Fi 100 Earphones $22.43
    GOLD!

    • For $7 bucks more and if you're near fluidtek could've nabbed the 220's.

      edit:
      nvm you're in caberra

      • yeah bargains in canberra are pretty rare, we did get a MSY a month ago though :)

  • strange enough items like "Zone Hardware Cord Cover- Medium Outside Elbow" is listed as $0.00 but when you order it, it costs $1.35?

  • i think the best deal from all over is Fuji Xerox 3124 Mono Laser Printer, the cheapest on statice is $85, MSY $97

    • Nice find

      Printer: $41
      Toner refill INFXP3126B: $136

I wonder if the printer contains a full cartridge or a 10% one?

      :)

it's actually all gone ages ago, the website somehow still has it

        • Actually, called the local store, they had the display unit left (this is in SA, so reopened on 28/12/2010) and they gave me a standard toner (3000 pages! Cost ~AUD100!) with the display unit! Try calling the local stores, especially if in SA.

  • thanks got some batteries and GPS case

  • Maybe one or two gems in there, but most of this stuff has been sitting on the shelves in stores at this price for a while. Almost boring enough for a Neg.
