    Not that the OP is claiming different, but just to be clear while these might work with Hue and Hue works with HomeKit/Siri these bulbs wont show up in apple devices outside of the Hue app.

      Right, we have tasted it with apple home kit, it doesn't get recognised.

      To perform a voice control over these bulbs you need a Google Home.

    I can add these to my Xiaomi multifunctional gateway right? I've never added anything non Xiaomi to it, does it just discover zigbee devices?

      Yes, the Xiaomi Gateway will find the bulb once it is powered on.

    Mine arrived today and setup was simple with Alexa. We can change the colours and dim or brighten the light. However, when we turn it off with Alexa we cannot turn it back on again. Alexa suggests the device is malfunctioning.

    Would this most likely be an incompatibility between Amazon Echo Plus (Alexa) or the software/hardware in the light? I am not sure how else I can test the light as the only "home gateway" I have that uses Zigbee is the Echo Plus.

    Anyone else had problems with turning their light on (even though the power is on and it has been working). Sometimes the light does flash when I tried to turn it on - flashes white and then off again. Echo seems to think it is on.

    Thanks for sharing any similar experiences.

      It seems that the only Amazon Echo Plus command that is problematic is "turn the lounge light off" or similar. It seems this really turns the bulb and electronics off so it can't be turned on or up or anything.

      I can say "turn light down" "dim the light" or similar and still say "turn light up" "brighten light" or similar.

      I guess that is understandable but it seems natural to say "turn the lounge light off" and mean to turn the output of light off not the device itself.

      Anyone else see this?
