  • Purchased some of these in a previous deal. Great for about a month and now they won't turn on at all. Seems a very widespread problem (on Google) with no solutions. A shame because they were good when they worked. Not world-class audio quality, but they were good for listening to podcasts on the go.

    • I guess it just doesn't matter how much you pay for these headsets, they all come with flaws! Bought the Jaybird X2 last year >$100 which died within 10 months. They were replaced by Freedom 2 which lasted only 3 months. The only factor to consider here is the after-service if something goes wrong which we all know in this case is super-fantastic-not!

    • Had the same problem, only worked for a couple of months.

    • Same problem, only worked for a month or so. Just long enough to go past the free warranty period.

I’ve been using mine for over 8 months now and still working the way it did first time I used it. Battery performance is also almost the same. I use these around 2 hours a day 5 days a week when I’m at work. Can’t find a fault in it yet. Sorry to hear your experience hasn’t been that good. I’ll recommend ordering the EP51.

      • I've had mine for almost a year. Still going great, but after reading the reviews above, I'm nervous about buying a second set.

So you won’t trust your good experience with it but rather someone else’s? How unkind to your own self. :)

Btw cjmoore’s set is working fine now. See his comment below 👇🏼

    • UPDATE! Just pulled them out of the bottom drawer and plugged them back in after not having used them for about 3 months. They work again! Maybe they just needed to fully drain?

      • Thanks, just tried charging it again and plugged them back, it's working again! :)

    thanks Op!
Any deal for the Meizu Ep 52? $19.99 like the last time

Had mine for 6 months and no issues. Great for the gym

Had these for a couple of months. Love them but the remote on the right side really weighs it down and ends up pulling on the left side which is annoying. I find myself having to adjust the cable all the time.

Love these buds but these are my one problem

Cheers, ordered. Wanted a new pair after my $20 kmart ones died recently.

    • Coming via Netherlands Post surface mail!

    • Got mine today! Great sound and mic quality…but I'm comparing to kmart ones ha

Had both the EP51 and EP52 which lasted a whole month before both pairs stopped working. Received partial refund for 51's and full refund for 52's from Gearbest. They made refund process very easy. Just something to think about.

Hm strange that people had them stop working. I’ve had mine for over a year now and srill going strong.

great in ears for the price. highly recommend

Been using these for 20 months now. Still the comfiest Bluetooth earphones I've had but the buttons are harder to press nowadays. Well worth the price, I think.

  • Thanks, got one.

Now just need to pray for the next 1.5 months that it arrives.

  • The smallest ear tips are too big for my earholes, have to force penetrate them but in saying that, they got softer after a month. Now the seal is perfect and shoving it in is a breeze.

As a reference, I usually use a medium ear tip from your standard Senny, Klipsch, Sony etc…

In a nutshell, the stock tips are probably at least .5 size bigger than usual.

  • How long does the battery last?

    • Application: Running,Sport
      Cable Length (m): 0.55m
      Charging Time.: 1.5 - 2h
      Compatible with: iPhone,iPod,Mobile phone
      Connecting interface: Micro USB
      Connectivity: Wireless
      Driver unit: 8.6mm
      Frequency response: 20-20000Hz
      Impedance: 16ohms
      Input Power: 10mW
      Music Time: 6h
      Sensitivity: 88dB
      Standby time: 400h
      Talk time: 6h

    • After a year mine seem to last around 4hrs approx.

  • I have mine for more than a year now, still doing great even bought couple more for my family.
Personally, I would recommend replacing the earbud to http://bit.ly/2HSps4Q.
