Bring a Friend for Free to Sydney Big Day Out. 27th January Tickets Only

300

Just got an email saying that every ticket holder to 27th Jan show of Big Day Out in Sydney can bring a Friend for free upon entry. There are still tickets for sale on the website. It's good that they also include current ticket holders unlike other concerts where they just reduce the price a few months later and make you regret buying your tickets early.
With acts like Rammstein and Tool I think it's been one the best lineup in years, but that's just me.

    Gahahaha.

This is one of the worst lineups I've ever seen.

They don't include people that bought their tickets on Saturday, or events in other states…

I agree BDO has seen better days, but being a fan of metal the headliners have been poor since 2008 with acts like Bjork and Neil Young. Not alot to look forward to if your into hard rock or metal (with the exception of Rage against the machine). I am really looking forward to Rammstein because they hardly ever come to Australia and they put on a hell of a show.

    • Ahaha did you just say Neil Young is a poor act to see?

      Kids these days.

        lol

      • How many 'kids' do you know that would go see Neil Young when The Prodigy is playing at the exact same time? Wrong act for BDO to say the least.

Rammstein at a festival will be inferior (as with every other acts at festival) to their own shows!

Seen videos of them at Sonisphere?

    • What? Rage against the machine isn't going to be at BDO.

Too bad I have to work and I'm in Melb on the 26th.

  • Not a metalhead but been the last few years and really enjoyed it! Wasn't gonna bother for $170 ( rip off!) but for $85 ea with a mate I'm sure we can have a good time:D
