For me, compression tights help preventing some kneecap pain when I run over 10k.
But for compression tops - I guess it helps recovery after a hard swim or somethingScience says 'no'
While the effects are indeed small, compression garments do help with recovery.

nice 20% off, but even then i still think this company is selling it at a premium price, i can purchase a similar product off ebay for relatively cheaper, the quality may be not as good or just as good, but i dont think their brand name and quality can justify the price difference.
