The chrome plated ABS single function hand held shower head features a rub-clean, corrosion proof spray diffusor and is great for areas with hard water.
Ideal for anyone with a gravity fed hot water service or low water pressure as the shower head and large diameter hose create very little restriction to the flow.
If low water pressure is still a problem the flow regulating washer installed at the inlet to the hose can be removed.
The chrome plated brass fittings on the large diameter high flow hose are a standard G1/2" thread for ease of connection and long life.

I purchased this in June 2017. The showerhead is good - good distribution of water, nice design, and seems well-built.

The hose, however, is not good. It is too thick to fit well into a normal holder, and it is rusting badly after <9 months. There is rust on the connector where it hooks into the shower head, and it is rusted on every link along the section which is horizontal (the curve before going back up into the tap) because this is where the water stays on top longer. We're not talking superficial rust stains, either; the rust is through the chrome finishing in places, and I will have to replace it to avoid rust stains elsewhere. I have never seen a shower hose rust this badly.

I cannot see how this is supposed to last 10 years.

I would like to know how to claim the warranty on the hose.

    Thanks Peter. I have sent you photos by email. For what it's worth, the shower head works well and shows no sign of wear, tear or tarnishing after 9 months. It's just the hose.
