True, but considering how long ago it was released and also how long the GP5 Black sustained its pricing (until recently). Not long ago it was considered cheap to be able to get the 5 Black for $450
I think the Hero6 was ridiculously overpriced at the start. $750! What were they thinking? They knew it and cut the price two months after release - it's now officially $599 which really is what it should have launched at. So 5 months in, $513 for a $599 camera isn't cheap, but $413 is.
The Hero5 Black was officially $570 at launch around October 2016. I pre-ordered mine in Sept 2016 for $480. That's a $90 price drop before it was even released. A few days after I got it, Teds sold it for $465. A month later, it was available from TGG for $438, then 3 weeks later it was $431. In June 2017 you could pick one up for $379. All of them are for local stock. $450 would only have been considered cheap in the first few weeks after launch.
They don't seem to be doing well at all. Hopefully they manage to stay afloat! I really like the Karma Grip + GoPro integration.

It doesn't appear in the product description. Looks like there's just GoPro, no extraordinary version or an extra MTB mount or sth.
Think there's an error in your price in brackets which no doubt will be corrected soon. Man these things have dropped fast in price!
