  Converse shoes are pretty average, would need to be 90% off to be a bargain. Kmart does similar canvas shoes for around $5 :\

      I'm an old whinging man - bought Vans and Converse on a whim, reminded me of my younger days. They felt damn uncomfortable, walking on a slab of rubber without cushioning.

      You'll know what I mean when your hair starts to grey and you begin sounding like me ;)

        Since converse is owned by nike, make sure you choose models that have a lunarlon sole or zoom air(jack purcell models). Your feet will be thank you for it.

        Thanks Volution. On your advice, I bought two pairs!! Worked out to be $56 each pair (not including cashrewards).

        Will see if any good (again). If not, will ship back free via Paypal.

  Converse raised the price of their shoes so much that maybe not even 50% off would be a bargain. Also as soon as they say selected models I'm out.
