I thought this fad died long ago…. and I still can't figure out which part hovers

    • I understand what your are saying people still like to call them a Hover Board, we prefer to call it Revo Glider of balanceboard.

      • -5

He's talking about gliding like a clown, Ive never seen anyone ride this.

Maybe adults have more brains looking like a total douch bag

These were the ones that caught fire, but the fire was extinguished early?

    • Our board is the safest in the marketplace and always has been fully compliant never any issues, please click on the links for compliance near the bottom of the homepage.

Still similar price for reburbished from 2yrs back. Gee these things keep their value well

    • +12

Probably the same boards that were on the shelves back then too 😂

Not 1 deal has been posted that had a net positive vote score… Why do you keep coming back?

This is the safest board in the market

    • +9

No one wants them, no one is buying them. You have so many ex-demos because of the trade shows you take them to in order to try to flog them off… Again because no one is looking for them to buy them. They're a gimmick but not a $300 gimmick.

      Try elsewhere.

      safest board

That does not necessarily mean 'it is safe…'

  • +4

Didn't a house catch fire from one of these a couple of years back?

    • +11

House probably chose to so it wouldn't have to keep seeing the person riding 1 of these damn things 😂

      • +1

Spack, you are on fire today! Have some upvotes!

  • I'd prob consider giving these a try if you'd sell them for under $100 bucks =). Maybe next time… At 300 bucks, I'd rather grab a pair of QC35 or 1000XM2 as a spare. At least I know I'd use those spare pairs more often than these.

I would 100% buy all these gadgets if I could actually use them out in public, but from what I understand they're illegal (in SA). No fun using it solely at home. I purchased an EPIKGO sports balance-board for a friend in the states and he loves it and uses it often and with no fear of law enforcement! Very jealous!

"Hover" board??? Please google what does hover mean

  • +3

these are illegal to use outside of your home, pretty pointless and the 2015 Back To The Future novelty has passed.

  • I can 100% get behind ex-demos for many products, but wouldn't these take a serious beating from all the people who don't know how to ride it stacking them?

Almost one in every house now including me …these will be well worn out

In NSW these can't be used in public places just like electric bikes with no pedal power. yeah. I'd hate to cop a huge fine for no rego !

Mod: Edited to remove foul language.

  • I might be interested in a deal on the batteries alone.

These don’t “hover” And certainly are not a “board”

Either way, these are cheaper elsewhere. A new Bullet SX-3000 is $279 delivered and looks to come out of exactly the same factory. Same body, same shape, same foot grips, same lights. Different wheel caps. Your boards are more likely to be “refurbished” than they are “ex demo” if you have so many for sale.

Apart from the price, I’m negging becuse these things are dangerous, not only to personal safety, but to property. Leave these garbage landfill devices back in 2015 where they belong.

This is the safest board in the market

      • +2

        Of course it is….

      • +1

Yeah, 1cm from the ground, so you certainly won't be tripping off it, and stop copy and pasting the same comment please. And do not write 'this is the safest board on the market' in reply to this.

Can you please show us the test results which prove these claims?
