Folks,

Planning to refinance my existing Home Loan of $500K (based in NSW)
Looking for better variable rate (3.72 or less) and Cashback deals if any.

Kindly share information.

Better Choice has a variable P&I offer of 3.55% for up to 80% LVR and a $10 monthly fee for an offset account.

I just remortgaged my loan. Used mortgage choice, they found me a 3.65% with CUA. 0 fees (no annual or monthly) as well as offset and redraw facility. Very happy so far as I’m saving about $3600 a year ;)
